Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki is an ancient healing practice that works with energy to clear persistent blocks, restore alignment, and bring balance on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Originating in Japan, Reiki promotes the healthy flow of energy, ultimately allowing for healing and increased vitality.

By reaching a state of relaxation and homeostasis, your body will naturally heal from the damage caused by stress, injury, or disease. We will break down your energetic blocks to restore overall balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

As a Level II Trained Reiki Practitioner, I leverage the Usui System of Reiki Healing as a powerful framework to unblock, clear, and nourish your energetic fields, while channeling messages from the spirit realm.

Redefining Self-Care

Self-care is essential for nourishing our souls and allowing us to live in alignment with our purpose. It's more than just about “treat yourself” moments. It’s about showing up for yourself in the most loving way possible. Self-care requires us to build strong foundations through consistent self-love and nurturing practices. These daily actions are consciously intended for our own well-being.

Simple acts of self-love and compassion help us develop a state of inner balance and enables us to powerfully navigate challenging experiences with greater ease and resilience. According to a study published by the American Psychological Association, self-care can increase empathy and immunologic functioning. It can even decrease anxiety and depression (Schure, Christopher, and Christopher 2008).

Contrary to popular belief, self-care benefits more than just our physical bodies - it extends to our mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic needs. Daily awareness and maintenance of our inner state provides us with guidance and purpose.

Through my own practice, I've realized that self-care is the key to living a powerful, purpose-driven life. By putting myself first, I've developed a deep sense of self-love that impacts how I interact with myself and others.

Based on this knowledge, I've built my healing and mentorship programs on the five elements of self-care:

  • Physical

  • Mental

  • Emotional

  • Spiritual

  • Energetic

I lead you on a path back to your inner power through self-care practices that allow you to lead a self-aware and empowered life. 



Intuitive Development

Intuition is the innate ability to sense and make sense of energies around and within us. It exists without logic or conscious reasoning. Some examples of intuitive experiences are:

  • You just have a sense of the best decision, like the right person to hire or exactly when to make a career change

  • You have an innate sense about a situation or a person, like meeting someone you just know you can trust or deciding not to go to an event you have a bad feeling about

  • A person pops into your mind, and shortly after, they call or walk by

  • You receive a sign from above on something you’ve been asking for guidance on

  • Experiencing an “A-Ha” moment

  • An inner voice or whisper pointing you in the right direction

By tapping into and developing our intuition, we can begin trusting our personal power. This requires self-awareness, introspection, and self-reflection. When we turn inward and become aware of our mind and its chatter, we can connect with the power of intuition as a source of guidance. The more you practice, the less reliant you are on your mind, but rather your heart and gut to receive the guidance you need.
